HD Bevel — CNC Plasma Bevel Cutting System

Take your CNC plasma cutting capabilities to the next level with the HD Bevel. Designed for precision bevel cutting, this system delivers accurate cuts while automatically compensating for variations in the material surface.

The HD Bevel is designed to integrate with plasma tables from 4×4 and larger and can be added to existing Boss Tables, subject to installation requirements.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Hypertherm XPR170, XPR300, and XPR460
• Not compatible with gantry-mounted controllers
• Works across table sizes from 4×4 and larger
• Can be added to existing Boss Tables, subject to installation restrictions

Precision & Protection

The HD Bevel is designed to improve cutting accuracy while helping protect the plasma torch.

Features include:

• Magnetic breakaway head to help protect the torch
• Built-in camera for enhanced visibility
• Measures skew angles directly on the material
• Automatically adjusts when material is not level
• Provides dimensionally accurate bevel cuts

The system can detect when the material surface is uneven, touch off the surface, and automatically adjust accordingly.

Table Integration

• Works with table sizes from 4×4 and up
• Compatible with existing Boss Tables, subject to installation requirements
• On-site training and installation provided by Boss Tables
