WELDRITE REPAIR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Weldrite Repair. We are committed to providing quality welding equipment, machinery, parts, and service solutions. This policy explains our shipping, freight, return, refund, and cancellation procedures.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary for:

  • Special-order equipment
  • Manufacturer-direct shipments
  • Large machinery
  • Custom equipment requests

Customers will be notified if processing times change.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on product size, weight, destination, and manufacturer requirements.

Orders may ship through:

  • Parcel carriers
  • Ground shipping
  • LTL freight carriers
  • Manufacturer-direct freight delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

Product Type & Estimated Delivery

Parts & Accessories: 3–7 Business Days

Welding Equipment: 5–10 Business Days

Large Machinery & Freight Equipment: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of Weldrite Repair’s control are not the responsibility of Weldrite Repair.

FREIGHT & LARGE EQUIPMENT SHIPPING

Large welding machines, industrial equipment, generators, plasma systems, and oversized equipment may require freight delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible
  • Having someone available to receive the shipment
  • Providing unloading equipment or assistance when required

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential delivery
  • Liftgate service
  • Inside delivery
  • Remote locations
  • Storage charges
  • Re-delivery attempts

FREIGHT DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing delivery documents.

If damage is found:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  2. Take photographs of the shipment and packaging.
  3. Contact Weldrite Repair within 48 hours.

Failure to document damage at delivery may affect freight damage claims.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact Weldrite Repair as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage
  • Description of the issue
  • Shipping documents if available

We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS POLICY

Standard Returns

Unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Return requirements:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • All manuals, accessories, and components must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

All returns require approval from Weldrite Repair before shipment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built equipment
  • Special-order products
  • Used equipment
  • Demo equipment sold as-is
  • Installed equipment
  • Electrical components after installation
  • Custom parts
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale products

LARGE MACHINERY RETURN POLICY

Due to the size, value, and complexity of industrial equipment:

  • Return approval is required before returning machinery.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Equipment must not have been installed, operated, or modified.

Machinery cannot be returned if it shows:

  • Signs of operation
  • Fuel usage
  • Hydraulic fluid usage
  • Electrical connection
  • Modification
  • Wear or damage

RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–30% restocking fee depending on:

  • Product type
  • Manufacturer requirements
  • Equipment condition

Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND POLICY

Once returned products are received and inspected, Weldrite Repair will notify the customer regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Weldrite Repair.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for products that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order must follow the return process.

Custom, special-order, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled after production or procurement has started.
